being better.

i saw a great "to do list" over on this blog.

and i can't get it out of my mind.
because it's perfect in every single way.
i'm changing it a bit - so it's a little more personalized.

more doing
less sitting

more reading
less watching

more saving
less spending

more organic
less processed
more organized
less scattered

more sleep
less worry

more faces
less facebook

more cooking
less snacking 
more uplifting 
less degrading

more compliments
less comparing
more love
less judgment

more faith
less fear

any advice on how to read more -watch less? i think that will be my biggest struggle...
