so glad we got to spend a few days with this cute face and his cute face parents :)

 * while on our girl's getaway earlier in the week, we stayed at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. it was far enough away from the city to feel like we were away, but close enough to get some much needed shopping in. although we were so relaxed that we didn't get a good shot of the three of us, i did get a cheeser from this cute nephew. i can't get enough of that boy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

* one of my favorite 4th of july's yet! spent with loads of family and friends - eating and laughing. i'm so grateful for these wonderful people and especially for the wonderful country we call home!

i'm proud to be an american :)

p.s. mr. blackham and i are off to celebrate our first anniversary. our very first year together! no worries... there will be loads of pictures to come.

lately

i'm lovin'...

 

* my green and pink vee tees from target. i wear them and immediately wash them so i can wear them again. am i the only one who does this? nobody let me near a target because i might just walk away with one in every color...

* sunkist fruit snacks.

* no more youth conference groups. it was fun... but i don't think my poor fair skin can take it anymore. here's to finally having some free time! (and the beginning of my summer tan.)

* bomb pops. patriotic and tasty - perfect combination :)

* cuddling up to love in the wild. seriously - this show is ridiculous and hilarious. bachelor meets survivor. mr. blackham and i have some good laughs watching this one. (but don't tell him you know he watches with me!)

* that i'm headed up to park city today to see this favorite sister and my beyond adorable nephew.

spending the night in a beach house eating nothing but ben and jerry's and candy.
watching cheesy cheesy chick flicks. (anyone seen you again?? what a strange movie.)
and spending time with my favorite little james.
its been a good release from planning, planning, planning.

isn't that smile adorable? i can say or do just about anything and he thinks i'm hilarious.

what a perfect boost to my self esteem.
