*tutorial: conversation starter jar*

* last week sarah and i threw a bridal shower for one of our good friends. we created a date jar and asked all the girls there to give a few ideas. it was so cute - i decided to make one for mr. blackham and i.

i altered it just a bit and made it into a conversation starter jar, or a "tell me jar." here's how i made it :)

items needed:
- glass jar
- paper of your choice
- scissors/cutter
- modge podge
- twine
- pen

* i figured this tutorial was pretty self explanatory, so below is step-by-step pictures. and of course, if you have questions - feel free to email or comment below!

* instead of date ideas, i put in questions my husband and i can ask each other. i've listed them below if you want some ideas. and if you have more ideas - of course share them!

tell me...
- tell me about your favorite pet.
- tell me about your proudest moment.
- tell me about your dream vacation.
- tell me about a time when you felt close to me.
- tell me one reason why you love me.
- tell me your top three hollywood crushes.
- tell me about your most embarrassing moment.
- tell me about a time when you felt the spirit.
- tell me about your favorite childhood game.
- tell me about a time when you felt confident.
- tell me about your favorite family member.
- tell me about when you knew the secret of santa clause.
- tell me about your best friend.
- tell me about a time when you were scared.
- tell me why you married me.
- tell me something i didn't know about you.
- tell me about a time when you bonded with a sibling.
- tell me about your favorite holiday.
- tell me about a goal you've achieved.
- tell me about something stupid you've done.

hope this jar is a fun activity for you and your spouse - or anyone really!
enjoy :)
